Sonic Release

Sonic Release is my own unique blend of sound healing, experiential healing, breathwork, and visualisation techniques. All put together to release trauma without having to relive the experience or even talk about it.

Trauma is stored in our bodies, living in our cells. We can carry trauma from this lifetime, other lifetimes, even our ancestors.

The trauma will be vibrated out of your cells, using instruments, energy healing, shamanic tools and my voice, leaving you feeling lighter, stronger and like new.
