Day Retreat

Join me for a spring day retreat in Essex. At a lovely little hall with its own garden and stream.

We'll start the day with some breathwork and an opening circle. Setting our intentions for the day.

Then we'll have a foraging walk in the garden and local area to learn about all the wild food and medicine growing all around you.

There will be a light lunch, with herbal tea and water available throughout the day.

After lunch we'll make a nature mandala/altar and discuss our ancestors traditions for spring equinox, how they celebrated, what living seasonally means and learn ways to bring that into our modern lives with how we eat, honouring the seasons and the seasonal herbs and their magical uses.

We'll end the day with a relaxing sound journey, so that you leave the retreat rejuvenated, refreshed and relaxed.
